MassMutual Asia’s brand-new Customer Service Center opens
Optimized customer service to cope with business development

MassMutual Asia Ltd. (MassMutual Asia) endeavors to provide customers with flexible and innovative products coupled with professional services by constantly living its vision “MassMutual - Where Dreams are Made”. To cope with its ever-growing business development, MassMutual Asia has set up a brand-new Customer Service Center characterized by the azure-blue ocean as its key design concept. Featuring glass interior walls and a vibrant wave-like wall decor, the Center creates a calming sense of nature for visiting customers.

Speaking at the recent opening ceremony for the new Customer Service Center, Mr. K.P. Tay, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of MassMutual Asia, said, “We always put our customers at the center of everything we do. In addition to developing a series of flexible protection, retirement and investment solutions with our “Dare to Dream Spirit” in mind, we are constantly optimizing our customer service offerings. Every year, we handle approximately 50,000 enquiries and nearly 20,000 claim cases, and the policy benefits we pay each year amount to some HK$1 billion. In view of our continued business development and in an effort to further enhance our service quality, we have opened our new Customer Service Center to provide customers with more comprehensive, professional and efficient services.”

Located at 27/F, MassMutual Tower, 33 Lockhart Road, Wanchai, the new MassMutual Customer Service Center consists of separate meeting rooms where customers can enjoy a range of services provided by Customer Service Officers, such as policy enquiries and claim-reimbursement and payment services, in a tranquil and comfortable environment.
